Community Partners’ Support Philosophy: We are dedicated to providing positive supports to people who experience a disability so they may live life as fully and independently as possible in communities of their choosing. The Community Partners’ approach is tailored by the strengths, needs, choices and dreams of each person we serve. We strive to provide supports and services that are responsive to the needs of individuals rather than molding people to fit into our programs. At Community Partners, we actively seek feedback and guidance from consumers, families, staff, colleagues, and other interested community members so that we can ensure the quality of our services.

MISSION	We support people with developmental disabilities to live valued lives within their communities. We create relationships where teaching, learning and growth are supported at all times and everyone’s feelings and needs are met with compassion.
