Deep Energy Retro-fit Gains Boost from the "Green Building Experts"

On June 7, 2011, approximately 55 people gathered to discuss the Victory Avenue project.  The discussion was led by members of the Kaplan Thompson Architectural Firm and included experts in "green building" from throughout the state.  Peter Warren, the project's Contractor, presented the retro-fit concept that will be utilized that includes insulated exterior panels that are pre-made off site. The modeling software predicts that the upgrades will result in an 82-86% reduction in energy consumption.
