Board of Directors

Dick Lagarde grew up in Saco, attended Saco schools, graduated from Thornton Academy and the University of Maine in Orono.  His career started as a financial analyst with General Electric Aircraft Engine Group in Lynn, MA.    Dick’s career in finance continued as the VP and CFO for W. A. Messer Co, as CFO for Computers Source, as CFO for Saco Brick Company then City of Biddeford, the Town of Standish and the City of Portland to head the Treasury Division as Treasury Director where he remains today.

Francoise Paradis grew up in the St. John Valley and was educated at the University of Maine and Boston Universtiy.  She practiced psychology with two other psychologists in Aroostook County for twenty- two years and moved to southern Maine in 2001.  She currently lives in Saco where she has a part-time private practice.  Francoise is currently developing a co-housing community in Buxton.
