Community Partners, Inc. offers a Dementia Support Group on the second Monday of each month for caregivers of people with Dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

If you are a relative, friend, or paid caregiver, please join our group for monthly support and information sharing.

Meetings: 2nd Monday of the month at 3:00 - 4:30 pm
