Registration Fee $15.00

Deadline: Register by May 1, 2011 and receive a Free T-shirt!

Open Registrations on the Day of the Event (public welcome)

• Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Biddeford High School Track
• Sign-up starts at 10:45 am
• Run Walk & Roll (RW&R) begins at 12:00 Noon – ends at 1:30 pm
• See how many laps you can do in an hour and a half!
• Music Provided by DJ Rick Ayoob
• Free Barbeque following the RW&R for all registered participants: hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, and drinks. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets.
• Raffles, prizes and awards!!
