Executive Management

The executive team at Community Partners exemplifies the very best of a dynamic and collaborative group of experienced professionals. Each member is firmly committed to the organizational philosophy in the provision of services to persons with disabilities. A core responsibility is to create and sustain an effective balance between the mission, vision and values of the organization and the regulatory, fiscal and business requirements of today’s human service industry. The team’s work is accomplished by ensuring the needs and dreams of each consumer are placed at the center of the decision-making process.

	Brenda Mitchell, Director of Operations
	Holly Ayoob, Director of Human Resources Holly Ayoob is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in psychology. She brings over 20 years of human resource management experience to Community Partners. Her prior employment highlights includes HR leadership roles in both for-profit and non-profit industries including higher education, health care, and a Fortune 500 insurance company. Holly has served on two local non-profit boards, and is an active volunteer in her community.
	Rory Robb, Director of Clinical Services
	Tina Andrews, Director of Finance Tina Andrews is a Maine licensed CPA who brings 25 years of accounting experience to Community Partners. Her prior employment includes both audit and tax consulting with an international public accounting firm, corporate accounting, treasury and mergers and acquisitions experience in a national communications company and regional law firm administration.  Her non-profit experience includes religious, women's health, civic improvements and historic preservation organizations."
