Overview

The Human Resources department of Community Partners is a team of knowledgeable professionals who work to ensure that the needs of staff across the organization are met. The Human Resources department fosters an environment committed to the highest standards of ethical and confidential practices. Benefits

When hired by Community Partners for 30 or more hours per week, employees are eligible for benefits, including: Health Care, Prescription Drug Coverage, Preventative Care, Routine Eye Exams, Wellness Benefits (including 100% employer paid nutritional counseling and smoking cessation aids and clinics), Dental, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Medical and Child Care Reimbursement Plans, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. All employees hired by Community Partners for at least 20 hours per week are eligible for paid time off (accrued benefit time) as well as 12 paid holidays per year.
