Mandt (Full Course)

The Mandt System® is a behavioral crisis interaction training, giving us tools to manager ourselves and helps us teach  others to manage themselves, recognize the early warning signs of potentially violent behavior and intervene proactively through de-escalation techniques and positive behavior supports.

Upon completion of the two day Mandt course students will receive a Mandt certification.  The certification is valid for two years.  The Mandt course is instructed by Harri Sterling.
