At Community Partners, Inc., we support people on the path to their dreams. We have provided community based supports to Maine residents with developmental and multiple disabilities since 1967. Community Partners relies on a positive supports approach, working collaboratively with consumers to meet their needs across a continuum of residential, independent living, health care, personal/social development and vocational areas. Successes are achieved and celebrated each and every day.
