RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS

Our residential programs provide support for people in their own homes or apartments with 24-hour services in more than 35 homes in Southern and Central Maine. For nursing and health care, CPI operates a 12-bed ICF/MR Nursing home in Lewiston. All residential and day programs are supported by professional nursing consultation.

Community Partners, Inc. offers services and supports to enable a person with a disability to live successfully, happily and safely in the community. We work closely with people and their families to explore personal needs and identify the appropriate level of support. Our goals are to maximize community inclusion, increase independence, and achieve greater levels of self-determination and feelings of self-worth.
