ICF/MR Nursing: Community Partners operates an extraordinary 12-bed ICF/MR Nursing home in Lewiston that meets the health care and personal support needs of 12 people with developmental disabilities. This is an important option for people whose physical impairments have become more complex and require 24-hour nursing care. A positive supports approach is integrated with professional nursing and health care services to promote increased independence and life skills in an environment that meets the complicated and evolving health care needs of the consumers.

Professional Nursing Consultation: The consumers in residential and day programs at Community Partners are supported by professional nursing consultation. Our Health Care Team Leader and Nurse Consultant work closely to ensure the health care needs of consumers are being addressed proactively at the highest level of quality
