RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTS
Community Partners offers a wide variety of services and supports to
enable a person with a disability to live successfully, happily and
safely in the community. We are able to provide support for people in
their own homes or apartments and provide 24 hour services in more than
35 homes in Southern and Central Maine. Community Partners works closely
with consumers and their families to explore each person’s needs,
identify the type and level of support that is desirable and create
living environments that support them on the path to their dreams. The
goals of residential supports are to maximize community inclusion, increase
independence, and achieve greater levels of self-determination and feelings
of self-worth.
