CPI LEAD TEAM

The Community Partner’s, Inc. Lead Team is the self-advocacy group with the mission “to lead, in a partnership, to help support others and ourselves.” Among other priorities, the team promotes choices and opportunities, community integration and inclusion, leading and teaching, making improvements and meeting needs, independence and empowerment. The goal is for all people supported by Community Partners, Inc. to have a “say” in all services. The Lead Team meets monthly.
