BANGOR SAVINGS BANK DONATES ARTWORK TO NEW GROUP HOME

LEWISTON, Maine (August 18, 2011) – Bangor Savings Bank donated a signed framed print by local artist RN Cohen to Community Partners, Inc. (CPI) for a new licensed group home in Lewiston for adults with developmental disabilities. Bangor Savings Bank is the mortgage holder for the property, known as Lewiston Ridge.

Kyle Bolduc, Vice President Business Banking Officer with Bangor Savings Bank, presented the signed print to Rory Robb, CPI Director of Clinical Services, and Tina Andrews, CPI Director of Finance, at the Lewiston Ridge Open House. “We’re very excited to support Community Partners and to help with the organization’s plans. I really enjoy helping businesses grow but it is extra rewarding when the effort supports such a worthy cause.”

RN Cohen is a local artist with a studio in Portland. Most of his artwork features iconic Maine scenes. A key part of the Bangor Savings Bank mission is to support local artists and craftsmen.
